CHAKRA HEALING LAYOUT

The easiest way to bring the body and chakras into balance is to use this layout. It will life your vibrations, clear blocked chakras and allow the energy to flow through your body freely.

YOU WILL NEED:

One Gold Colored Crystal for the Higher Crown Chakra

One Clear or Violet Crystal for the Crown Chakra

One Purple or Indigo Crystal for the Third Eye Chakra,

One Blue Crystal for the Throat Chakra,

Either a Green or Pink Crystal for the Heart Chakra,

One Yellow Crystal for the Solar Plexus Chakra,

One Orange Crystal for the Naval Chakra,

One Red or Black Crystal for the Base Chakra

and One Brown Crystal for the Earth Chakra


Get the person who is recieving the Chakra Healing Layout to lay on a mat on the floor. There is no need for them to get undress, although if they have a coat or jacket they may like to remove it for comfort. Also if they are wearing a belt, again they may like to loosen it as well. Ensure that they are comfortable.

Gently place the Crystals on the client as shown in the diagram.

I like to leave the stones on the client for at least 10 minutes but no longer the 20 minutes.

Remove the crystals and offer your client a glass of water.
