EDITORIAL

Welcome to Crystal Dragon Rumblings.

Hi,
Sorry I'm late with the Newsletter again, but I have been so busy that time just flew by and before I knew it the 15th had come and gone.
Anyway you will be pleased to know that this should not happen again (fingers crossed) my sons house renovations are finally finished(Yeah)
All the hard work has certainly been worth it. Also I am taking a break from writing the next book until the New Year. Have any of you
downloaded Crystal Vibrations Astrological Star Signs preview yet. I would love to know what you think. Also don't forget to leave your
comments on the site at the bottom of the webpages. It will help me provide you with better articles and information if I know what you
think about what is already there.

Also I just want to reassure you that I will only send you an email when I have something that you may be interested in and not something
that will make me money. I don't know about you but I have been getting that many emails trying to sell me all sorts of new fandagled
products that I am about ready to scream. I would opt out but I get some great information from these sources as well. I have decided that
I will only be telling you about things that will be of benefit to you and your interest in Crystals and Healing. I will be removing some
of the products in my shop that relate to internet marketing and such at the end of December, I will leave them there just incase some of
you are interested in them. I will leave the information on website building as I believe that is useful if anyone of you are considering
starting your own website and the information there was of great help to me.

I think I have been burning the candle at both ends for long enough and I have a special birthday to prepare for my Jeff is turning 60 on
the 10th of December and we are organising a surprise birthday party for him.Also with Christmas comming up there are a lot of preparations
to undertake and pressies to buy. I just love this time of the year, wish the feelings could carry over all year, anyway I will be doing my
bit to try to make that happen.

I have two articles for you this month. One on overworking and burnout and the other is from a magazine that Jeff came home with a few years ago.
He used to be a member of the Builders Union and they brought out a magazine, he normally never brought them home but for some reason he
picked this issue up and I found an article that in it that was not quite what I had expected. The Builders Union was thought by some to be
a little bit radical. They were nearly always in conflict with the Government over something or other. We had a lot of strikes and disruptions.
Mind you they did force some much needed changes to the safety, pay and work conditions of Builders and Laborers. But you know how things go
there is always someone wanting to blame someone else for the problems that happen. Me I think that there were problems on both sides of the
fence. Anyway I think that you will find this article interesting

Hey don't faint my video camera actually arrived not just in Australia on the 18th October 2006 but at my house. I was over the moon.
Well I took some test video and went to download it to the computer. Boy the Gods must be testing me, the firewire connection did not work,
not only that but the computer said I did not have one. So Scott sent for another firewire connection. You guessed it, it did not work
either,(getting very frustrated at this point) anyway I have to get a new motherboard as it turnes out, should be here soon. (just as well
I am the eternal optimist).

Have any of you visited the blog yet, I am putting articles there that are not on the website as such, so take a look so that you don't miss
something of interest.

OVERWORKING/BURN-OUT

I was sitting here wondering what I was going to write about and thinking that I was feeling really washed out and tired. I thought I really
need to get some crystals and do a meditation to get me back on track. Well what better to write about than that, So here goes.

What are the symptons that I am feeling at the moment, well firstly my neck and sholders are aching, my eyes are heavy and itchy. I am
feeling like a washed out rag, no energy, no focus, mind all muddled. I am also very cranky at the moment snapping at poor Jeff for no
reason at all, it's no wonder he is having a catnap on the couch and its only 8.00pm.(We are late night owls never to bed before 12midnight).
I am forgetting to do things like hang out the washing. I have also realised that I have been missing meals and not drinking enough fluids.
And not sleeping well.

My Kids reckon it just old age(could be), me I just think that I have been overworking trying to get the latest book out and renovating,
running the house, keeping up with the emails and website, just not enough hours in the day.

O.K. so how am I going to get myself back into fighting shape to cope with all the things that are comming up. Firstly I need to remember
to eat properly and drink plenty of fluids (tea is my poison of choice). Next I am going to choose some Healing Crystals for the neck and
shoulder pains, I need some for lack of energy and to help me focus. Also something to stop me being so moody and something to help me
sleep. Maybe I should just get my whole Crystal collection for this healing.

After I have chosen the healing crystals I will then take my little self up stairs to my healing room. Did I tell you I have this most
beautiful space in my home that was just made for Crystal Healing and Reiki Healing(remind me to put a photo of it up on the web). I think
it is one of the reasons we brought this house in the first place, it has the most wonderful welcomming feeling and makes you feel so
peaceful. Anyway I digress I will choose a meditation that I really like it is about the four elements and I always feel that I am in the
Australian Outback when I do this Meditation, it takes about an hour and really brings everything into balance. I may also do a Chakra
Meditation tomorrow as I know my Chakras must also be out of balance.

Okey Dokey here are the Crystals that I have choosen to help with the healing that I need.

Herkimer Diamond Great for Insomnia

Blue Lace Agate For the Discomfort in the Shoulders and Neck

Moss Agate I am going to use this to soothe the itching and sore eyes

Ruby To help restore my energy

Lepidolite To help with the moodiness

Citrine For giving me back my Focus and removing any negativity around me

I will program all of the crystals to heal what I need them to and I think that I will perhaps use them in a layout, not sure what type
yet, will let you know later where I placed them.

The above Healing Crystals are not the only ones that will help with these ailments and emotions, but they are the ones that resonated with
me when I went looking for the appropriate crystals.

A. You could try Celestite, Iron Pyrite or Sugilite all these have helped treat emotional despair in the past.
